ASAPP, supported by Equifax Canada’s data solutions, has allowed Canadian credit unions to process and review over 25,000 omnichannel applications, with over 10,000 accounts and lending products successfully opened. Today, ASAPP announces the inclusion of additional Equifax solutions and products into the ASAPP 9.0 release in December 2019.

“ASAPP has enjoyed a great relationship with Equifax Canada over the past four years. We are very excited about our next step and how Equifax Canada is helping make the ASAPP solution a more efficient, effective and engaging platform for our Client-Partners. We’re also excited to be able to offer Equifax Canada’s services through our Digital Agency Services team to help bolster and strengthen digital marketing campaigns that drive omnichannel opportunities and results,” said JR Pierman, President & CEO, ASAPP.

Since 2015, the ASAPP omnichannel AOS has included Equifax’s eIDVerifier® and eIDCompare® services for credit unions. This offering was expanded in 2016 with the launch of ASAPP’s omnichannel small business and retail LOS, which incorporated Equifax’s scores and reports as a service for credit unions through ASAPP.

In December 2019, with the release of ASAPP 9.0, ASAPP’s credit union Client-Partners will also have access to:

Equifax Verification Exchange®
This solution will provide credit unions that are existing and prospective members with the ability to verify employment and income information through the ASAPP omnichannel experience platform, providing significant time-savings, regulatory compliance benefits, and improved account and lending origination decisions.

Equifax Business ConfirmTM
This solution will allow credit unions to learn more about current and prospective business members with marketing, credit risk and background data as well as offering the capability to ensure the accuracy of small business data captured through the omnichannel process.

Together ASAPP and Equifax Canada are exploring the possibility of including additional Equifax Canada solutions and services. As ASAPP rolls out ASAPP OXP, its omnichannel experience platform in 2020, they plan on adding customer relationship, content management, and business analytics features within the platform. One of these solutions that will be included within ASAPP 10.0, planned for release in June 2020, is Member Free Scores:

Member Free Scores
This solution will allow credit unions to offer existing and prospective members the ability to review their credit score and credit report information as part of the ASAPP omnichannel lending origination process. This will provide a valuable opportunity for credit unions to create deeper engagement with members and ensure the right lending solution is offered and selected.

“ASAPP has done an amazing job over the past four years developing and expanding the reach of their fintech solution for the Canadian financial services market,” said Roger Mitchell, Head of Financial Institutions Strategy & Innovation at Equifax Canada. “Equifax Canada is proud to be a strategic partner and we look forward to the continued expansion of our relationship.”

Recently, Equifax Canada participated in ASAPP’s first semi-annual Partner Forum on September 30th, in Montreal, to hear credit union feedback directly. ASAPP and Equifax Canada are focused on bringing solutions to the market that meet their clients’ needs.
